Skeletal muscle
Each skeletal muscle consists of skeletal muscle tissue, connective tissue, nerve tissue, and blood or vascular tissue. Cardiac muscle
The cardiac muscle is responsible for the contractility of the heart and, therefore, the pumping action. The heart contracts and relaxes without our conscious awareness, and this involuntary movement keeps the heart pumping blood around the body.
